What’s the secret sauce behind a good Laksa or succulent Charsiu? If you think you have what it takes to become the next “budget” iron chef, we’re calling Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and HKBU students now to join us for a unique Malaysia X Hong Kong Cook-Off.  Join us as a teacher or student chef and demonstrate how local dishes are done!
 

In addition to the invaluable bragging rights that comes from being the Next Iron Chef #OnABudget, prizes will be given to the chef(s) winning the Most Mouth-watering & the Most Instagrammable dish award(s)!
