Easy Steps to Apply
Step 1
Consult International Office, your departmental coordinator and/or academic advisor for credit transfer and academic related matters.
Step 2
Submit our online application ON/BEFORE the application deadline 15 April 2024 (11:59 p.m.).
Step 3
The International Office will forward your application to your Department Head/Programme Director for endorsement. Only applications with endorsement (and meeting the eligibility criteria) will be offered a place.
Step 4
For Internship
Internship placement is not guaranteed and a separate application will be required later on. Details on application procedures and deadline will be announced via email to eligible students. Every application will be subject to review and approval from the company. Some companies may require eligible applicants to attend an interview.

- Applications period opens from now to 15 April 2024 (11:59 p.m.) for AY2024/25.

- Read carefully and follow all the steps on the Online Application.
- Late applications or incomplete applications will NOT be considered.
- This programme is also available for students who have previously participated or wish to participate in the Student Exchange Programme.
- Students may apply for this programme alone or with bundle* (1 semester at UIC and 1 semester at any other institution).
*Bundle available only during the Student Exchange Programme application period.
