Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
This lucky draw is open exclusively to students currently enrolled in a full-time, government-funded undergraduate programme at Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU).
Entry Rules
- Each eligible student is entitled to one entry only.
- You must hold a valid HKBU Student ID card at the time of entry and when collecting your prize.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above is required both at the time of application and at the end of the semester immediately preceding the summer programme.
Prize Details
The winner will receive a sponsorship for one (1) summer programme in Germany. You can choose to participate in a German Summer Programme in 2026 or 2027.

Prefer to Fly in 2027?
You can choose to defer your prize to the Summer 2027 term. While specific 2027 course details will be released closer to the date, your full sponsorship will remain valid for a premier summer programme in Germany.
*Note: 2027 selections will be subject to updated course offerings and host institution availability.
Sponsorship Details
The sponsorship covers full tuition and accommodation fees as specified for the chosen programme. The winner is responsible for arranging and funding their own flights, comprehensive travel insurance, and personal spending money for the duration of the trip.
Award Conditions
- The winner is responsible for meeting all admission requirements and application deadlines set by the host institution.
- The winner must complete the programme and pass all enrolled courses. Failure to do so, or withdrawal from the University, may require the recipient to repay the sponsorship amount in full.
- The winner must purchase comprehensive health and travel insurance for the duration of the trip.
