Application Procedures

Step 1

Nomination by Home Institution

All virtual exchange students must be nominated by their home institutions to apply for studies at Hong Kong Baptist University. 

Nomination Deadline: 11 November 2020
Application Deadline: 20 November 2020

Step 2

Invitation for Application

You will receive application information and procedures by email.  Virtual exchange students are required to complete an online application form to provide your personal particulars and course preferences.

 

Step 3

Documents Submission

Submit your documents (passport copy, transcript, proof of English proficiency) via a provided link.

 

Step 4

Acceptance and Course Registration

Once accepted, you will receive information about setting up an account at HKBU (BUniPort) and details on course add/drop.

 

Step 5

Stay Tuned!

Check your emails regularly.  We will send information to you regarding virtual orientation and virtual social activities.
