Reverse Cultural Shock

Are you feeling a bit of post-exchange-blues after returning from overseas exchange?
Or have difficulties in adapting to University life?
Don't worry! It's normal.
Just as you had to adjust to a new culture overseas, you now have to readjust to life back home.
Please understand reverse culture shock is normal, eventually you will cultivate a deep appreciation of both your exchange culture and your home environment.
Just Remember
- - Stay positive
- - Talk to your family, friends and other returning students to share your exchange experiences
- - Talk to the International Office (Consultation hours: Every Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon & 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
- - Seek counseling advice from the Counselling & Development Centre
