Transfer of Units
Upon return from the exchange programme, you may apply to the Academic Registry for the transfer of units by submitting the following documents:
- Submit application to the Academic Registry via the Online Form system on BUniPort (Studies > My e-Application > Online Form);
- An official transcript issued by your host institution;
- Verified transcript by the International Office;
(Please bring a copy of your transcript and visit AAB703 during office hours for verification. Please ensure you have completed the online self-evaluation before visiting); and - A copy of course syllabi, coursework and related information, such as the number of contact hours, assessment methods.
Remarks:
Units transferred from other institutions will be excluded from the calculation of Grade Point Average (GPA).
The University reserves the right not granting units for courses with grades below the equivalence of grade C in the University grading system. Units transferred from other institutions are recorded without inclusion in grade point average calculations.
