Check-out Procedure

Checking-out at the Student Undergraduate Halls / Village CARE

Towards the end of the semester, the Office of Student Affairs (Student Housing Section) will email you about the check-out procedure.  You will get a refund of your caution money (less any charges/expenses incurred) after a complete check-out with the Hall Management Office (Room SRH-G4)

Checking-out at the NTT International House

Please return (i) your room key-card, (ii) writing desk key, and (iii) mailbox key to the Reception counter.  After room inspection, the caution money (minus any charges/expenses incurred) will be returned to you.
