2. UAL's Autumn Term runs from September to February, where HKBU's Spring Term will begin from January. Student who is going on exchange to UAL should discuss with their programme office for the study plans and the possibility of late-rejoining HKBU, and/or discuss with UAL whether submitting course work early or remotely to enable an early departure is available. 
3. Exchange students CANNOT choose their classes and they study alongside UAL's regular students. The classes/units students follow on the exchange are pre-determined and students can’t pick the units they study. Please refer to the Fact Sheet for more information.

a. UAL's BA Fine Art in Chelsea College of Arts is available for HKBU students who major in BA Visual Arts in Semester 1 only.

b. UAL's BA Acting and Performance in Wimbledon College of Arts is available for HKBU students who major in BFA Acting for Global Screen in Semester 1 only.
*HKBU Students will be studying Unit 5 and Unit 6 of the programme at UAL. This is pre-determined and students cannot pick other units they study in this programme.

c. UAL's BA Photography in London College of Communication (LCC) is only available for HKBU students from Department of Journalism and School of Creative Arts in Semester 2.
*HKBU Students will be studying the following units of the programme at UAL.This is pre-determined and students cannot pick other units they study in this programme:

- Situating Practices (40 UAL/20 ECTS)
- Culture Machines (20 UAL/10 ECTS)

d. UAL's BA Immersive Media & Mixed Reality in London College of Communication (LCC) is only available for HKBU students who major in BASc Arts and Technology in Semester 2.
